PE Films

Polyethylene (PE) films produced by Sumer are called SUM-PE Films. Low density (LDPE), medium density (MDPE), high density (HDPE) types are suitable for printing and lamination processes and are used as flexible packaging for different products.

PE films have physical properties that preserve their original form more than CPP films in cold weather. In addition, PE films have a higher density than polypropylene (PP) films.

PE films can show the following properties;

» High mechanical strength
» High toughness
» One side or double sided thermal insulation feature
» Suitable for lamination and printing processes
» Superior processing performance in automatic packaging machines
» High resistance to cracking, acids, organic solvents and electrolytes
» Good electrical insulator
